Official Rules and Terms

Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of GolfScottsdaleArizona, Hozho Scottsdale, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter: To enter the contest, participants must follow @GolfScottsdaleArizona, @GolfPackagePros and @Hozho_Scottsdale on Instagram and tag three friends in the comments of the contest post who they would take on the trip if they were selected. One extra entry will be granted for sharing the contest post to their Instagram Story and tagging @GolfScottsdaleArizona and @hozho_scottsdale. Stories must be public in order to count as an extra entry. One extra entry will be granted for submitting a quote online at GolfScottsdaleArizona.com as well. No purchase necessary.

Prize: The winner will receive an 8-person golf trip to Scottsdale, Arizona, including rounds of golf at WeKoPa Saguaro course, Ak-Chin Southern Dunes, and the Phoenician. The prize package includes accommodation for the winner and seven guests at the luxurious Hozho Estate for three-nights. Transportation to and from Scottsdale is not included; Transportation in Scottsdale is also not included. The trip must be booked on mutually agreeable dates prior to October 31st, 2024, or in 2025 from June 1st to October 31st. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $8,000.

Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on Saturday, June 1st, 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time period, another winner will be selected.

General Conditions: GolfScottsdaleArizona and Hozho Scottsdale reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time for any reason. By participating in the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of GolfScottsdaleArizona and Hozho Scottsdale, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.

Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow GolfScottsdaleArizona and Hozho Scottsdale to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Release of Liability: By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless GolfScottsdaleArizona, Hozho Scottsdale, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.

Disputes: This contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the federal and state courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
