When is the best time to golf in Scottsdale?
Scottsdale offers world-class golf year-round. Peak season runs from late October through April, featuring ideal temperatures between 65°F and 85°F. This is the most popular time for golf trips, tournaments, and group travel.
Is summer a good time to golf in Scottsdale?
Yes! Summer (May through September) offers significant discounts on greens fees and lodging. Early morning tee times and twilight rounds help golfers beat the heat, and many courses offer summer-specific promotions. If you’re looking for maximum value, summer is ideal.
How far in advance should I book my Scottsdale golf trip?
For peak season, we recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance to secure the best tee times and preferred lodging.

Can you secure hard-to-get or preferred tee times?
Yes. Thanks to our exclusive relationships, we often secure tee times during peak periods that may not be available to the public, especially for larger groups.
Can I book 36 holes in a single day?
Yes. We can structure double-round days for groups wanting to play both morning and afternoon. Afternoon rounds are often booked at twilight rates but are subject to daylight limitations depending on the time of year.
Are twilight tee times guaranteed to complete all 18 holes?
No. Twilight times (which vary seasonally) are not guaranteed to complete 18 holes. Winter tee times after 12:00PM may also risk finishing fewer than 18 holes due to limited daylight. No refunds are provided for rounds that do not finish because of twilight scheduling.
What happens if there’s inclement weather?
Weather policies are determined by each golf course. Rain or wind does not automatically qualify for a refund. If the course closes, management may issue rain checks or partial refunds at their discretion. Always check in at least 30 minutes before your tee time.

Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes! We specialize in hosting groups of 8 to 20+ guests. Our private home rentals are ideal for large groups seeking luxury, privacy, and fun between rounds.
Are resort fees or parking fees included in the price?
Unless otherwise stated, resort fees, parking fees, destination fees, and incidentals are not included in your package. These are payable directly to the property at check-in or checkout.
Can I upgrade my room or villa after booking?
Upgrades are sometimes possible depending on availability. Contact us as soon as you’re considering an upgrade, and we’ll check availability with the property.
Can I stay extra days once I have arrived?
Yes. We can assist with extending your stay based on property availability. We recommend notifying your agent as soon as possible if you anticipate a possible extension.
Booking Policies, Payment & Cancellation
What deposit is required to secure a trip?
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
When is final payment due?
Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.
What happens if a balance remains unpaid?
Any unpaid balance not paid within 15 days of arrival will be automatically charged to the original card on file.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for deposits and final payments. In some cases, ACH or wire transfers may be accepted for large group bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our flexible policy allows for modifications or cancellations:
– Modify dates, receive an e-voucher (valid for up to 2 years), or request a refund minus the 10% deposit
– Hotels, golf, and transportation can typically be canceled up to 72 hours before arrival
– Condos/vacation homes typically require 60-90 days advance notice
– Large groups (8+ guests) may have custom cancellation terms depending on property
– No refunds are available within the applicable cancellation windows
How do I request a cancellation or change?
All requests must be submitted via email to your assigned agent prior to applicable cancellation deadlines.
How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds typically process within 3-10 business days after approval. Refunds for unused portions of your trip are generally not issued unless canceled outside the stated windows.
Transportation & Trip Logistics
Which airport should we fly into?
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is the main airport, located approximately 20-30 minutes from most Scottsdale accommodations. Mesa Gateway (IWA) or Scottsdale (SDL) are additional options but offer far less flights than Sky Harbor. Allegiant Airlines flies into Mesa Gateway and PHX Sky Harbor; JetSuite flies into Scottsdale.
Do you offer ground transportation services?

What do I need for check-in at hotels and golf courses?
Your final itinerary confirmation email, which includes all booking details, will be required for hotel check-in and golf course check-in. We email these documents after full payment is received.

Course Experience & On-Site Questions
Can I rent golf clubs at the course?
Yes. Most of our partner courses offer premium club rental options for an additional fee. Some of our housing partners offer Club Rentals, just inquire with your booking agent for details.
My partner does not golf, can they ride along in the golf cart?
Many courses allow non-golfing guests to ride along for a nominal rider fee. Please notify us ahead of time to make arrangements, as policies vary by course.
What happens if I cannot play golf because it is raining?
Each golf course determines their own weather policies. If the course closes due to inclement weather, they may issue a rain check or refund at their discretion. Otherwise, rain or wind does not automatically qualify for a refund.
