The 2025 WM Phoenix Open is just around the corner, and we’re here to make sure you’re ready for “The People’s Open.” Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned attendee, here’s what’s new and noteworthy this year.
1. New Entrance
Streamline your entry with the newly added entrance on Hayden Road and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard. Want to avoid the crowds at the Main Entrance? Check out the Fairmont Princess entrance on the Northwest corner of the property.
2. Digital Tickets – NEW
All General Admission and Coors Light Birds Nest tickets are digital this year. Be sure to download your tickets to your mobile wallet before arriving at the gates.
3. Upgraded Viewing Areas
Enjoy improved General Admission viewing at the Taylor Morrison Fairway House on the 12th hole and the Desert Oasis near holes 5/6/7.
4. Rideshare Tips
Skip the parking hassle and take an Uber or Lyft. Rideshare pickup and drop-off locations are at Lot A at Westworld, near Raintree Drive and Thompson Peak Parkway. You can also snag a Rideshare from the Fairmont Princess to avoid the crowds at the main Rideshare area.
5. Early Bird Gets the Worm
Gates open daily at 7 a.m. (7:30 a.m. on Friday). Arrive earlier than that if you want a seat on the iconic 16th hole.
6. Sunday Vibes
Sunday is our favorite day to attend! With quieter crowds (thanks to the Super Bowl) and intense on-course action, it’s a can’t-miss day.
7. Iconic 16th Hole Souvenirs
Score a commemorative souvenir cup with every beer or hard seltzer purchase at the famous 16th hole. They’re the best pool cups as a souvenir.
8. Digital Pairings & Tee Times
Want to know when your favorite players are teeing off? Use the PGA Tour app to check pairings and tee times.
9. Dress Smart
This isn’t the place for golf shoes and your girl rocking high heels. Stay comfy with proper shoes, hats, and sunscreen. Your feet will thank you!
10. Parking Hack
Driving in? Snap a photo of your valet tag or parking lot number to avoid any end-of-day confusion.
