About the course
Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club is a championship desert course in Cave Creek, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and opened in 1998 to rave reviews as Arizona's Best New Public Golf Course. The par-72 layout stretches over 7,000 yards and winds through 850 acres of Sonoran Desert terrain.
The course shifts between panoramic openness and intimate foliage along Willow Wash, with petroglyph-etched boulders marking each hole in tribute to the ancient Hohokam people who once called this land home. Unlike many of Arizona's target-style layouts, Dove Valley Ranch rewards strategic play over power, with player-friendly transitions and a variety of challenges that refresh even seasoned golfers round after round.
“This isn't just another golf course. Dove Valley Ranch is unsurpassed in natural beauty and play, and will be rated among the top golf and residential communities in the Western United States.”
